Radio Button to toggle YES or NO based on a cell value

Hi there excel experts!

I'm building an excel userform that will serve as a questionnaire which contains a bunch of questions with several option buttons (YES or NO). Also there will be two command buttons: "SUBMIT" and "GET DATA". The Submit button will transfer all the data to excel. The Get data button is meant to do the reverse.

Question is, how can the option buttons be toggled based on the value on the cell (YES or NO) when the user clicks the "GET DATA" command button?

You can easily toggle option buttons like this.....
