Create results on a set of data - VBA

Hello Friends,

please assist me in below.. can we have a VBA code for this or if any formulae will help..

I have a set of data, now i need to prepare 3 results on the set of data

1) User results
Userwise, Count of Pass, Count of Fail & total

2) Producer results
Producerwise, Count of Anwers, Count of Not Answered & total

3) result for Duration >30 minutes
Producer, Roll No, Duration & Status

Please assist thank you !!!

note - Data will be more on daily basis.. It may go till 2000 or 3000 rows..

Why not use a Pivot Table?

But... it should go on a button click... & then data will be increased too.. & users will not refresh or may tamper the data..

hence if code or formula which will auto populate this on a button click that will help

But you can have the data in an Excel Table, so that it will automatically take care of the added/Deleted rows.

Besides, you can refresh the table automatically using VBA without button click..

Try it out.. Let me know if you face any issues, I'll help you out if required.

The Client don't want any Pivots in the file..
She wants a pure VBA code for this... Like on button click populate 3 results in output sheet for as many data is available...
