Still Confused by Like Function in VBA

You guys previously offered me help with the Like function ([link]http://www.excelforum.com/showthread.php?t=1137823&p=4378134&highlight=#post4378134[/link]).

Now, I'm trying to do a little more with it, and I'm apparently still confused...

The first test works, but the second doesn't. When stepping through, it does not execute the "then" portion of the If-then coding. I have printed the values stored in the TempArray, and they are correct.

Any ideas why the second version of this test won't work?
