Need suggestions for excel VBA/MACRO

Hi Guys!

I have created/developed a Dashboard which have lot of formulas and VBA/MACROs through Excel Forum. Now my management is asking give training to the other staff how to create dashboard and use formula and VBA/MACRO, i have told theme that i learned it from online forum i am not expert or i don't even know much about MACRO/VBA. but they still forcing that you should train the staff what should i do. need your help and support what and how to start session and the basics of MACRO/VBA. need your help please.
