Move Method of Worksheet Class failed

#We are trying move one excel sheet to another sheet using below code and getting error "Run Time error 1004: Move Method of Worksheet Class failed"
But the same code is working fine in MS office 2016 ( 64 bit) but not working for Ms office 2016 ( 32bit).
Can you please help on this.
