Save and ignore network drive absence when not connected

good afternoon guys

I have a couple of workbooks that are designed to save in the same way when they are closed and apart from the file structure both codes are the same. when connected to a network they will save to both the C drive and the W drive,, when disconnected they should save to just the C drive, ignoring the absence of the W drive

Both work perfectly when connected, but only one works when disconnected... the code below is the one not working..
this line highlights in yellow:

ActiveWorkbook.SaveAs Filename:="W:\Risk And Security\Compliance\Audit Reports\" & sSaveAs

any assistance on where I have went wrong would help..
