selecting "OK" in a pop-up box using VBA

If I am able to pop a box with VB, in this case with this code that is used to eliminate cropped areas of a pasted to excel picture (picture has to be selected), is there a way to add in code that will select the default user response of "OK" in the pop-up box so I don't have to manually click it?
