Apply skin to userform

I would like how to add or apply specific skin to the userform.
I have a skin and a file to apply the idea

Hello YasserKhalil,

Skin files were developed for Windows Media Player and Real Player. They are not natively supported by VBA.

If you want to use a UserForm as a Media Player, you can install the Windows Media type library in your VBA project. The UserForm can serve as a host for the player and allow you to control it using VBA.

If you are simply trying to use the skin file to change the appearance of the UserForm then answer is no.

In fact I found a file which apply many skins . You can select a skin from combobox on form and it is applied.
And there is a folder which explains the steps
