Macros to insert new rows and populate the cell values according to ID

Hello everyone,

I am sure many of you came across this problem before. But I could not find the thread. if you find it or have a solution please let me know.
I have two sheets
Input data and output data.

I want to look up "ID" from output sheet and insert rows and populate/copy the task, details A and Details B from input data sheet to output data sheet.

Macros should Look Up the ID and insert rows and copy the data.
