How to copy dde value of cell to rows below every minute

I have currency prices via dde from metatrader 4 to excel, Is there a way to record the value every minute until I want it to stop. Ideally every time the windows clock changes to a new minute.

So the DDE price is in B1 and I would like the value and time to be recorded like this:

TIME PRICE
12:01 0.7795
12:02 0.7796
12:03 0.7797
12:04 0.7798
12:05 0.7799
12:06 0.7800

or ideally in reverse so everything moves down one when updated but I'm unsure if this is possible.

I don't know if any of this is possible but would appreciate any help.
