VBA Macro Helppppppp

I am trying to add to the code below for it to make subfolders within the subfolders that are being created by the code below if that makes since.. example, I got the code and it makes folders depending on the cells highlighted but inside the folder that its making, I want it to make another folder inside that folder...this is the code, can anybody help with the code
