    Password promt after X time

Is it possible to set a date, and after that date it's not possible to view a worksheet without entering a password?

You could use the workbook open event and immediately close the workbook if the date has passed and a password in response to an input box request has not been entered.

To be fair, whilst it is possible, it's not that simple. If a user opens the workbook without enabling macros, your defence is immediately down. Therefore, you would need to hide the worksheet(s )(xlVeryHidden) before you close the workbook. You could then unhide the worksheet(s), with or without a password when you open the workbook with macros enabled.
