I see a vlookup formula in column D of sheet 3... but I don't see any links
Also, your vlookup is a bit off.... change the formula in D2 from:

to:

and then drag it down. This will make the vlookup for all rows look in B1:D6 instead of adjusting second row to B2:D7, and so on.
