Find then assign reference numbers to same in a second column

The following code is my basic attempt to achieve this result and it is far from complete as I simple have no idea how to progress it further.

I need code to look through two columns of names (Column B and Column E). Where matches are found, the corresponding number in Column A, as it relates to the name in Column B, is to be copied to Column D as it relates to the same name in Column E.

Column B only has unique names, and Column A only has unique numbers. Column E has multiples of the same name, so all entries in Column D must end up with it's related number.

The list will also be huge (32000 +) so maybe need to use "Dictionary"?

I have included an example worksheet of what I am trying to relay.

I have made a miscalculation though and hope you will tweak your code please.

To explain:

Some of the "two character" "Name" entries (A.M., A.T., etc) will actually be related to a different "connection".
This means that I need the code to identify each unique entry by way of a two column match instead of the one as at present.

I have amended the Test worksheet accordingly and coloured the examples to show what I mean. sorry, but I did not foresee this.
