Hello!
I've been searching for a while through the forum archives and can't find how to have VBA run down a list of pasted file paths in an excel column and make each entry hyperlinked. See examples below:
X:\my_public\training_courses\online_support\materials\topical_dept\ilt\pg\05_site_navigation\site_navigation_pw.doc
X:\my_public\online_courses\ost675_advisory_operations_department_overview\source\powerpoint\dept_topical_dept_overview_v3.pptx
X:\my_public\training_courses\mfd_dept\materials\topical_dept\mfd_dept_topical\unit_1_intro_mfd_basics\pg\unit_01_intro_mfd_basics_pg.doc
X:\my_public\training_courses\accts_svc\materials\topical_team\account_opening\account_opening_instructions\web_based_application_single.docx
As a bonus, it would be great if I could strip out the file path string to the last "\" to shorten the name, but retain the unique hyperlink.
Make sense?
Thank you in advance!
Mel
