Automate columns of an unorganized data

Hi. good morning to all masters, im basically banging my head for the past 2 weeks with my problem.

i have a program that generates billing reports , the problem is the company that i send it to want it formatted some other way and i cant contact the person who did my program so he can alter the billing report the way the company wanted it to. i save it as rtf file then paste it to excel, so i have 2 attached file.

1. unorganized file ( the one from the program then saved as .rtf file.) https://www.dropbox.com/s/5lxu1xt034...ized.xlsx?dl=0
2. organized file ( the one the company wants my billing to look) https://www.dropbox.com/s/cwb01udg4l...ized.xlsx?dl=0

so can anybody solve this, all the data is there in the unorganized file and i know someone can do it.. Pleae please please help me.. thank you

Hi, welcome to the forum

Please upload your file to the forum. Not all members are able - or willing - to access file-hosting sites

Also, it kinda looks like you could combine both those files into 1 file - with 2 sheets?
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
3. Click on the star if you think someone helped you

To attach a file to your post,
click advanced (next to quick post),
scroll down until you see "manage file",
click that and select "add files" (top right corner).
click "select files" find your file, click "open" click "upload" click 'done" bottom right. click "submit reply"

Once the upload is completed the file name will appear below the input boxes in this window.
You can then close the window to return to the new post screen.
