Open an excel file starting from the same directory

I am using the above code to open and load a number of files into my worksheets, but I need the open file dialog box to start from the current directory instead of the default.
I still want the user to have the option of selecting a different file or directory, but as most will have the csv files in the same directory as the running workbook, I wanted the code to start the dialog box from that location (wherever it may be).
What do I need to change to get this the happen?

Thanks. I tried this but it still opened the UI at the default (user\documents) instead of the location of the workbook.
Despite the path being correct when checked in the immediate pane.

further information. in case anyone wants to help. I am running Excel 2010 on a windows 7, 64bit PC.
