Randomizing text in cell

Hello forum experts

I'm trying to do macro which will allows me to randomize or better word "shuffle" text in cells which are contains letters and numbers, I know that with simple formula I can reverse for example dog to god but I want to go further.

Just look on that random picutre finded in net:

So what I'm expecting to do that with macro I will be able in column B (or any other different column) to shuffle values in each range of cells. For example used it in cell B2 and it will change Jack Irwan to same letters but in different positions maybe something like - Iwkc Narai.

Is it possible?

It's not necessary to create macro, maybe you know simple formula to do that?

...creates a user defined function called SCRAMBLE() that does the trick.
