Data unchanged

Dear all,
i have some data of 300 students,i needs your help in their data
entry as if i enter their details in sheet1 column wise in
a2,a3,a4,a5,a6,a7,a8 it should be appear in sheet2 row wise as
a2,b2,c2,d2,e2,f2. if i delete sheet 1 data to enter next student
already entered sheet2 data remains there and the new student
details appears in the next row....
please any one help..
