Open Workbook in "Full Screen" mode but with sized "Window" View

Hi all,

I don't really know how to "explain" my problem, except without a picture.
I'm trying to build a VBA code so that my workbook opens in a window view, but with full screen "properties".

I have attached a screenshot of what I want to see when the workbook opens.
I will also build in the relevant "Workbook_Before_Close" script so that Excel returns to normal, for regular use.
Just for added info, I also have code that "sizes" the contents of each Worksheet by:
