Find value and return the value next to it

Hello all,

I want to create an index page for a specific directory of several excel files with a specific name.
In the master files the is mostly (from a drop down list) in Range D16:D108 the word "Trial Date"

If there is a "Trial Date in range D16:D108 I would like to have the date next to it stored in a variable.
