Sheduled web queries by date and hour from excel calendar with links. How to ? Need help.

Probably it already exist. Just please give me a link if yes. I am trying to create calendar year by year with specific dates and hours to make web request for data from internet sites. Each query starts at specific date and hour and gets data from specific web site. Also I am trying to show something like a clock which one calculates how many days and hours left until query, I mean for the next few events. If something similar already exist, I am sorry for disturbing.
