Excel VBA, spell check to ignore data validation and text in shapes

Good afternoon. I am at a loss. I have the following code below that I found and tweaked and works perfectly on other files but on my new file it is spellchecking data validation cells and text that is in a shape. How do I get it to ignore dropdowns and shapes that has text in them? Thanks.
