Need Send keys code for "Windows + UP"

I need to maximize a particular window using Windows + UP.

Kindly provide me code.

I am creating an excel macro to open Putty - an external application to connect with linux server. I have created macro to open putty and using send keys to interact with it. Now i want to maximize it. Usually Putty opens as small window. To maximize Alt + Space + X does not work with Putty. Instead Windows + UP maximizes the Putty Window, tried manually.

Now i want syntax to use - send keysWindows + UP.

Since it is an excel forum i did not give the details about Putty and i asked for generic Syntax of "Windows + UP" key combinations for Send Keys.

Is this fine now Alansidman?

If that is not possible, can u help me in getting the screen co ordinates(any point) in title bar of the active window?
Or a double click on the title bar?
