Average = 2
Minor = 1

Note that e.g.
478 = 123 = 4 1 lower average seven eight top
Each choice 3 has the highest average digits and another 3 is average
Place in each position
1st 2nd 3rd
5 8 0 = 231 because it is 3 in the second, because it is the most digits

I will put new sweepstakes on the list, most of the sweepstakes pick3 and has macro make automatic,
convert the table = 123, 132,213,312,321,231
ex = 459 = 123
863 = 321
364 = 132
to value 3 is the highest digit value 2 = Medium
and value = 1 is to lower
target = convert listed in the table

Hi jorel,

Cute problem that took me the better part of an hour to do. Here is the scheme... Find the median value of the 3 digits and subtract that from all the digits. This will leave a negative number, a zero and a positive number. Take the SIGN of those three and do a Choose Function by adding 2 to pick a 1,2,3. It all comes down to this formula.
