How to open specific file in a folder using VBA

Hello,
I have a folder containing 10+ files. I wants to open one by one file and copy their Headers to another sheet. I wants to open specific file whose File name and Sheet Name is given in File "abc.xlsx" in "Sheet 1". This "Sheet 1" contains below data shown in "Data of Sheet 1 Image". This function is done on Command Button Click which On Sheet 1.

I tried with below code but not getting exact output.......please tell me what mistake i made....
And code uses one more that is "SystemConfiguration" . This sheet contains the path of all files stored.
