Assistance required for code pasting data fully in few columns and partly in few columns

Hello,

I have a code that looks for certain keywords and copies data from specific cells in column c on sheet1 and paste them into specific columns in sheet2.

How the code works
------------------

Code looks for certain keywords and depending on how many times last 3 data is repeated, data is pasted accordingly to respective columns on sheet2.

Below is an example of how the request template looks and coloured part is the last 3 data

Currently the code is pasting last 3 data properly in their respective column and the remaining data is pasted once in their respective column. Refer below snapshot.

I'm looking for an addition to the above code which will paste data as below

a)If last 3 data reflects once, the data should be pasted once in the respective columns.

b)If last 3 data reflects twice, the data should be pasted twice in the respective columns.... so on

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
