VBA to fill the formula in every set of range till end of row data

Dear experts

I have set of data range In that i want add some calculation part from N38 till R column

fill the header value in
N38 = TOTAL COST = L39-M39
O38 = IMCR CODE =G37(IMCR CODE) every segment fill down till end of segment
P38 = FIRST =LEFT(O39,4)
Q38 = MID =MID(O39,6,4)
R38 = LAST =RIGHT(O39,4) fill down Till end of row

report start row A37 i want result in same sheet.

I have some questions:
1) Does the report always start on Row 37?
2) Are the colored sections always colored as in your example?
3) There appear to be no formulas in columns A through M; is that always the case?
