VBA to master check in two column if criteria met give remarks in F

Dear experts

I have range of data A:E In which D& E need to master check till adjust columns of B

if E column have #N/A and if D column Should have less than 1 if D other than zero then i want remarks as "Above Constrain"
In E:E Other than N/A is not concern to update remarks only
