The macro in this projects are disabled How to fix it

Hello.
I Have a macro that was working just fine for many months.
Today when I tried to run it I received the following error.

The macro in this projects are disabled please refer to online help documentation
to determine how to enable macros.

I tried following all the steps at the following link:

However none of this steps makes the macro work.

Thank you for your comment and help mysteriously the macro started to work today.
