Seeking Assistance for Quick Macro

I'm hoping someone maybe able to help me with writing a quick Macro. I'd like to have the Macro examine the cells in column P and if the value in the cell is larger than or less than 3. I'd also like to have another macro to check cell e for value of 0 and if cell in p is not 0 also to report. Both of these would go into separate worksheets.

"I'd also like to have another macro to check cell e for value of 0 and if cell in p is not 0 also to report." Report how?

Please attach a file with sample data and show the result you want.

(It may be possible to do this without a macro.)
