    Questions about macros and whatnot

Hello! I'm a spanish 16 y/o guy who has some questions about Excel 2013. I was asked by the local domino association to create a spreadsheet to administrate the standings of a small tournament in the town. I've been figuring out how to do this by trying stuff and doing some research and in fact, I've already done a workbook with an inscription sheet with 40 "default slots" for the participant couples, the subsequent pairings and the standings after each pairing according to the format I was told (workbook which I've attached at the end).

    My questions are:

    1. What could be the Visual Basic code to create a macro where I can first sort from the points each couple (the participants) has from largest to smallest and then sort in the same way the coeficients of the couples with the same amount of points?
For example, there are 5 couples with 8 points but different coefficents and the rest has (let's say) 4 points. I need to sort according to the amount of points and then the coefficents of the group of couples with 8 and 4 points respectively.

    1. Since each year the number of couples is different (which oscillates between 30 and 50) my spreadsheet would become "outdated" or "useless" if there are any different amount of cuples than 40 (because of how the partitions of the groups work, etc.).
Is there any way I could create an Inscription sheet and depending on how many couples are there, "generate" the rest of the workbook?

If it isn't possible, I was thinking on creating a workbook for each possible amount of participants (38, 40, 46...) and use the one that fits. If I did this...
Is there a way to create an inscription sheet and according to how many couples there are, "redirect" or maybe better "link" the needed premade workbook?

Thank you beforehand, sorry if the post is hard to read or there are mistakes, it's my first post and English is not my native language. If something wasn't clear, I will clarify it ASAP. Thank you again.

The spreadsheet (srry, it's in spanish, but I belieive it's understandable) :

Welcome! Attach a sample workbook to your post,as many will not follow links to file sharing sites. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.
