Test spreadsheet to work with a countdown and userforms

Hi, I've made a sheet to act as a test for new starters. The user forms have been created so that the counter in the background can work independently and won't stop every time text is entered. The problems I have now and that I need help with are:

1) Validation on the UserForms so that the examinees can't progress to the next UserForm without completing all of the sections on each page, I'm really not good at that.

2) I would like for the UserForm (whichever one they might be on at the time) to disappear when the counter reaches 0 and the msgbox is okayed.

Can someone help please? I also can't seem to upload the sheet as it's 1.5mb and is over the limit that's permitted so can I upload it somewhere else and link?
