Delete row if a specific value exist

Hey everyone,

I borrowed this code from Ron de Bruin's site HERE and I need to modify this a bit. The part that is giving me trouble is this part:

I would like to make this point to a specific cell, B1 because it'll be variable. The change is probably extremely simple but I can't get it.
