Prevent duplicates in worksheet change in two columns together

Hello everyone
I have columns B & C (Name and Code)
If the name in column B and the code in column C is duplicated then to display message that this is duplicate
For example :
if name in column B was Ahmed and the code was 10 it is ok
if the name in column B was another name and the code was 10 it is ok too
but if the name Ahmed again is existing then it shouldn't have the same code again (it should have different code)

Generally I need to prevent the duplicate entries for the same name and code in worksheet change

I see you've got this in the VBA section. This in A4 and dragged down will do it without VBA
