How do i change the text in a specific cell based off of criteria in another

I'm trying to write a formula that will change the wording in a cell based off of criteria in another.

So for instance if A1 contains " Abbotts Repair" I need it to change to " Abbotts Car Repair". I know I can do an IF formula and that works to a point, however I have many different variations of "Abbotts Repair". I didn't want to do nested IF's as there will be loads and it will take me ages to individually do each IF.

I have lots of different cells that I need to change, so I'm looking for a quick way to do this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
