Macro to special paste values and transpose them to varying cells on another sheet

I was hoping for some help creating this code. The part that is really throwing me off is having to paste values but also have them transposed at the same time. Let me know if anything is hard to follow. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

1. Copy B2 from sheet “Data Entry”, paste to first empty cell in column A on sheet “All”
2. Copy B3 from sheet “Data Entry”, paste to first empty cell in column B on sheet “All”
3. Copy B4 from sheet “Data Entry”, paste to first empty cell in column E on sheet “All”

4a) In “Data Entry”, if C5 is not blank, copy C5 and paste to first empty cell in column C on sheet “All” and make first empty cell in column F on sheet “All” “0”. Then copy D7:D52 from “Data Entry”, special paste the values transposed into sheet “All”, across the next available row from G:AZ on sheet “All”

4b) In “Data Entry”, if G5 is not blank, copy G5 and paste to first empty cell in column C on sheet “All” and make first empty cell in column F on sheet “All” “1”. Then copy H7:H52 from “Data Entry”, special paste the values transposed into sheet “All”, across the next available row from G:AZ on sheet “All”

4c) In “Data Entry”, if K5 is not blank, copy K5 and paste to first empty cell in column C on sheet “All” and make first empty cell in column F on sheet “All” “2”. Then copy L7:L52 from “Data Entry”, special paste the values transposed into sheet “All”, across the next available row from G:AZ on sheet “All”

4d) In “Data Entry”, if O5 is not blank, copy O5 and paste to first empty cell in column C on sheet “All” and make first empty cell in column F on sheet “All” “3”. Then copy P7:P52 from “Data Entry”, special paste the values transposed into sheet “All”, across the next available row from G:AZ on sheet “All”

- There will be a time when anything is entered to more than one of C4, G4, K4 or O4 in “Data Entry”
