Excel File is not correctly manipulated into next Excel DOC.

I am getting this master table just fine

Then when I click generate emails and run the macro/code

I get this

I changed the file names because I needed to make some minor heading changes. I change all the areas that I thought needed to be change but it seems like it is all jumbled up now. It was all working fine before I made these changes. This all starts in a form in access to call this function. Here is my code

Ok, so I have compared a working version of this code and made the changes I thought need to be changed but it seems that the code correctly activates the proper window and is brought up. Then when it loops through the filtering it puts the wrong columns in non matching columns. From the code is that enough to see why this excel spreadsheet looks messed up? Can you see from the code what changes I need to make in order for this table to look correct? I am also going to add the document to this post in case it can't be seen up top. Any help would be appreciated.

Ok so I did some more testing and have found that when I change the columns in the excel file, to the new wording and then change the corresponding table in access that is connected to the a table shell in excel it seems to mess up on me every time I run the code from the button on the excel page. Is there a way to get around this?
