VB Code to copy certain data

Hello:

Please refer to attached file.
i need VB code to extract certain data in Sheet2 as follows:
Data range will be from A1 to last cell in Column A with data.
In this case Row 394.
Now Check to see if data in column E is blank.
If blank then copy that row of data and paste in sheet2
I am manually pasting 2 sets of data as highlighted yellow.

Why can't you use a pivot table and filter on column E, whatever that is?
