Changing Year to Current Dates

In a spreadsheet, in row 4, I have dates starting from January1, 2016 through December 31, 2016 (with each date being in its' own column) - D4:NE4

Is there a way to have an additional cell on the sheet where I can simply enter a new year (say 2017, 2018, etc) and all column dates will change to reflect the correct 2017, 2018 dates? I don't want to have to do find and replace
