Matching with many conditions

I would like to ask your help, I have 6 condition, if everything matched , then use formula, as sample attached file below:

Hi,

I am working on it. I have an idea for a solution.
I got delayed with my idea due to your columns AD, AE, and AF in Sheet(Result) not being populated.
It is pretty hard to match to something that isn't there.

Eye's getting tired. Will have to stop for the night.
Will continue in the morning.

I think I have figured it out for you.

See attached file.

In order for it to work you will need a "helper column". Currently Column A. You can hide it.
This helper column combines all of your match conditions "COX0,COX4,PR#,COX6,COX7,COX9 ".
While it is possible to achieve the same results without the helper column, it would take a much longer and complicated formula.

I also made use of your numbers 8 through 26 in row 8 to match the "A00 through "A80" columns.

The main formula format consists of VLOOKUP's to find the values for your computation.
