    Transpose data from horizontal to vertical in specific column

    Hello forum experts
    I have data in columns(A:C) (These are fixed) .. After that there are unknown number of columns that I need to gather the data from them to be in vertical look ..
    I have attached the expected output to illustrate the issue well ..
    Note : I need the borders as attached in the output
