VBA to change multiple PivotTables at once has an unexpected side effect

I found a cool bit of VBA online that let me change a PivotTable filter across multiple sheets at once. It's great since I have about thirty PivotTables that need to be changed to reflect the current month.

However, when I go to Pivot > Tools > Refresh > Refresh All, it changes that PivotTable filter back from that one month that I selected to "All"... which obviously is not good at all.

Does any clever person think they would be able to figure out a solution, or will I have to ditch the VBA?
