How to refresh a Pivot Table from another sheet using a Macro

I know this should be Really easy, but I still have a long way to go with VBA. I have attached a dummy sheet. I have Data on Sheet1. The Pivot Tables are on Sheet2, but I want to be able to refresh the Pivot Tables when I am on Sheet3. Can someone get me in the right direction. I have a total of 16 Pivot Tables, but I only used 5 for the example. I figured if I got these figured out, it would just be repetition after that. Thanks in advance.
