I need to work the same eg. if 1 in cell then print that worksheet.
is there a easy line change eg changing from If ws.Range("A1") <> "" Then
ws.PrintOut??

You are changing the file type, so it needs to export and not print.
this pds's entire workbook I just sheets with text in cells eg A1.
Here is some code that I tested and it exports the specified range as a PDF. Change up the range and the filename and path as needed.
