Excel VBA, Macro Shortcut: Create Outlook Calendar Based On the Date of the Selected Cell

I'm looking for a macro to:

- When a cell is selected with a date formatting
- Click 'F1'
- To create an Outlook Calendar Appointment for the date of the selected cell (end date: +7 days)
- That is also:
1) All Day Event
2) Show As: Tentative
3) Reminder: 0 Minutes (not None)
4) Subject: "REMINDER: "
5) Location: "Based on "


Any help is greatly appreciated.

I found a few things online and tried to change values to match I need:

However 1 things isstill an issue:

>>The Subject line - starts with "Reminder: "can it get the data from Column B of the active cell "|" (and then) 53rd row of the active cell

Example:
- Active Cell is IU59
- B59 is Math
- IU53 is Exams

Result would be: Reminder: Math | Exams
