Help with removing formatting then separating notes onto separate worksheets?

OK. This will be a lengthy post because of how annoying this project is every month. I've had GREAT help here thus far, but because i've piecemealed it, some things don't work and I am way too dumb to figure out where it is going wrong.

The first attachment is what I start with. Then I start with the following code that someone graciously done for me:

Then that produces my next example attached. At which point I then run the following code to split them up.

Which then gives me the following results (see example attached)

I had to cut it down to 4 sheets instead of 240 because of size, but I cut out the middle so you can see the bookends. If you save as PDF sheet 9 you'll see that it gives you hundreds of pages. If you go down to line A15625 you will see a row of cells with a border that is black, instead of the standard grey.

So if you get rid of that, then save as a PDF, you end up with the other attachment

We have to name this PDF according to another spreadsheet.

Attached is that spreadsheet. I can copy the file names over easy enough so a VBA isn't having to go back and forth between spreadsheets, I just need a way for it to save as a PDF with the name that matches in Column H

I think that sums it all up. I'm sure I missed something and I don't blame anyone for saying oh hell no and skipping through.

I'm hoping I can find a way to simplify all of this. That way if I am out that day, someone else can run it and I know it will be done correctly.
