Help with creating a macro to perform a Concatenate on a range of rows

I have the following concatenate formula:

=CONCATENATE("Name: ",J2,": ","Address: ",K2," ",L2," ",M2," ",N2," ",P2)

I need to run this in all rows in Column 'F' beginning with F2 and for every row in which the corresponding row in Column 'I' is not blank

I would appreciate any help.
