Select Dynamic Range from bottom up

Near the end of a macro I need to select a range of cells from the ActiveCell then back 4 columns, and up 7 rows.
So the macro has been chugging along, adding values, calculating cells, and creating a Summary section.
In this example it ends on cell G129 and I need to go back and add a border around the summary section which begins at cell C122.
The problem is, the range C122:G129 will change each month. Depending on the data set used to generate the other part of the report this range can be + or - 10 or more rows.

I'm googling but my google-foo is weak right now.

and then I got stuck, again! So I have successfully selected my range which works out to C122:G129 and added the borders I wanted. Now I need to select a new range two rows up or C120:G121... How do I select a new range? Because the same method does not work! But you who are well versed in this already knew that. Do I need to (What is the opposite of select?) deselect? unselect? discard? the current range before selecting the new?
