Working on Hidden Sheet with VBA - METHODS

Hi,

I just draw few methods to run macros with hidden sheet. Attached file
Sheet A Visible
Sheet B Xlveryhidden

In that case, if i have to copy data or add.items in USerform, how I can access data from hidden sheet, so created different methods. Method 3 I try but no success in drop down.

If here, our experts having better idea Please suggest or just give some code I will add in file. Any function like copy, or work on table, or get particular value, OR Table or pivot table handle on hidden worksheet to extract data or update pivot; what is coding language?
